Adaptive Reasoning Test

DDI’s Adaptive Reasoning Test (ART) is a brief, online assessment of one’s cognitive ability as it relates to success on the job. Given that the assessment is adaptive, participants are presented with test items based on their prior responses (when they answer an item correctly, the next item is harder; when they miss an item, the next item is easier).This ensures that each item is as informative as possible about the test taker’s cognitive ability level. ART also allows for a much briefer assessment, as the adaptive presentation of test items quickly hones in on the participant’s true level of ability.
